This is a 10 year US real estate market overview. Notice how some of the more explosive markets such as California and Nevada experienced tremendous appreciation during the boom years, then as the market shifted home values changed radically.

Kentucky did not see the dramatic appreciation but we have been able to keep prices relatively stable. Other markets experience peaks and valleys, here in Louisville Kentucky our market fluctuations are more like ripples in a pond. I like ripples!
